Rub your hands together, then hold them close together. Feel for the energy in your palms.

Welcome, I’m Yancey and this is My Energy Games. I started creating these games for myself as a way of daily using my energy. I’ve now organized them into this blog and hope that you will take them as YOUR Energy Games.

If you have never played with or felt your energy than hopefully doing these exercises will help you develop your feel for your energy.

This first game is very simple. Rub your hands together vigorously. Separate your hands while still moving your hands in little circles. The sensation that you feel from rubbing your hands together is very similar to the sensation that you feel while working with your energy. Assume that rubbing your hands together gives you the feeling of your subtle energy.

Wait for it and allow it to arrive.eric_pearl_book” If you’re feeling energy in only one of your two palms, then slightly open your hands so that both palms are in view. Look into the palm where you’re able to feel the energy. Take note of what the energy feels like, and now look into the other palm. Simply wait for the sensation to arrive there. It will usually do so within a matter of 10 to 15 seconds. Once it arrives, bring your eyes back into your other hand and wait for the sensation to return. Repeat the process slowly, and then at varying speeds. For some of you, the sensation will be moving back and forth from hand to hand as you do this. I’ve chosen to start my blog with these games or exercises from Eric Pearl. In his book, “The Reconnection Heal Other, Heal Yourself”, Eric recommends keeping a childlike attitude.1

Playing with this energy is what this blog is all about.

I’ve been doing Eric’s games for over a year now and I have enjoyed doing them. When I decided to collect energy games the Pearl book seemed like a great place to start.

Learn to feel for that something different that you can then focus on and develop.

– Recognize sensation
– Keep it going with intent
– Increase sensation

As a “Next Step” in this exercise, I like to start with the feeling in my palms, then let it spread to my hands, arms and then rest of my body.

I can feel my energy in my palms. I enjoy focusing my attention on my energy. I have fun playing with my energy in a childlike manner.
